Shipping costs for wholesale orders are based on the weight of the products. To ensure the most accurate rate, shipping charges will be calculated after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping invoice via email within 1–7 business days. Please note: your order will not ship until the shipping payment is received.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made—especially after the order has shipped. The minimum order requirement for wholesale purchases is 5 units.
3. How do I set up a wholesale account?
To become an approved wholesale customer, you must apply through our wholesale website. You can complete your application here. Once approved, you will be able to place wholesale orders. Before applying, here are a few important points to note:
*Third-Party Reselling: We do not offer wholesale opportunities for individuals or businesses intending to resell our products on third-party platforms such as Amazon or eBay. Our wholesale program is tailored for direct partnerships.
*Order Placement: Orders can be conveniently placed through our website using the wholesale login. Simply log in to access the wholesale section and proceed with your order.
*Warehouse Information: Please contact us directly for warehouse-related questions.
*Sales Tax Policy: We do not charge sales tax for orders unless they are being shipped to Illinois.
4. What is your return/exchange policy for wholesale customers?
While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders, we are happy to assist if the product is damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery, and let us know right away if there’s an issue.
